I believe that confidence is the key to success when using computers. The answer to this is having a fundamental understanding of how the operating system works (in layman's terms, how to navigate around your computer screen). With this as a basis, learning new programs becomes much easier.

A lot of my clients have been on college courses to learn the fundamentals but I have found that although good, they are not always specific to the clients own computer requirements and setup. The link to a particular item can be in a completely different place!

It is for this reason that I believe that my one-on-one or even one-on-two training is more cost effective. And allows you to achieve computer competence in a much shorter time.
